Mutui Olaleke Agboke was born 39 years ago and hails from Ogun State.

He started his educational career in African Church Grammar School, Abeokuta, 1989 -1994 and Ebenezer Grammar School, Abeokuta 1994 – 1995 where he obtained his SS 3 Certificate. He attended Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies, Ilorin 1996 b-1999 and got his Diploma in Law. In 2001, he gained admission to study Law in the University of Ilorin and proceeded to Nigeria Law School, Bwari, Abuja in 2005 and bagged BL and LB respectively.

He attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife from 2009 – 2012 where he obtained his LLM Certificate.

His working experience includes the following;

  • Litigation Officer, Chief Toye Coker (SAN) and co Chambers, Abeokuta, 1999 – 2001,
  • Legal practitioner, NYSC with Madube&Madubueze& co, Onitsha, Anambra State, 2006 – 2007
  • Legal practitioner, AfolabiFashanu (SAN) & Co, Abeokuta, 2009 – 2011
  • Legal practitioner – founding Association – LLA & Associates (Harmony Chambers), Abeokuta 2011
  • Part time Lecturer – MashoodAbiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta

Until his appointment as a Resident Electoral Commissioner, MutuiOlalekeAgboke was Commissioner III in the Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission.

He has enormous wealth of experience in election observation monitoring.

He has also presented and published several papers on wide range of National and International issues.

Barrister Mutui Agboke is a member, Nigeria Bar Association since 2016, member, Immaculate Club of Nigeria, Ilorin, Kwara State since 2000, National President, Muslim Students Society of Nigeria 2000 – 2002, Chief Missionary, Albarka Islamic Society of Nigeria 2010 till date and vice chairman, Ogun State Table Tennis Association 2014 till date.

Married with children, he is the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Ondo State.
